Purity Skin Centre consists of a team of dedicated and professional employees.  All of our staff are qualified and experienced beauty therapists, and have attended additional training specific to our salon and the treatments that we offer.

We want our clients to feel comfortable and confident about their treatment.  We encourage you to ask as many questions as you feel necessary about the treatment you will be undertaking.

Purity Skin Centre is registered with the Care Quality Commission for the provision of treatments using Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) sources.

All clients are asked to complete a short consultation form on their first visit, relevant to the treatment that they will be undertaking.  This information is treated as confidential, and will only be used by the therapist carrying out the treatment to determine the best possible treatment option for you. 

Consultations are conducted in private and all information given during consultations remains confidential. We are registered with "The Information Commissioner" for storage of medical records and you have the right to access these records in accordance with the "Access to Health Records Act".  Please ask for details.

Treatments and consultations may be carried out by both male and female therapists. Your privacy will be respected at all times.

We conduct an annual assessment of the views of our clients in order to inform and improve our service delivery. A summary of the results of this will be available on request.

Lastly we welcome clients who are less able, and recommend that you mention any special assistance you may need when making a booking. Our premises does not have stairs and access is via street level. We also have accessable toilet facilities.
